Using Parallels...confused

Did anyone else get confused when they started using Parallels? Like you have OS X and then in one window there was the start menu and everything.

Anyways...

Is there a way to get my OS X address book onto XP so I can sync my phone (T-Mobile Dash) using Active Sync?
