Using Parallels desktop

I want to know how to use parallels desktop in full screen and how to use the mouse to right click

If you have Parallels Desktop, all of that information and more will be in the help documentation. Just follow the instructions for installing a new OS and it will answer all your questions.

By the way, the Full Screen mode should be an option in the View menu.

Thanks alot...I managed to get my full screen by changing my screen resolution on the os

After installing the OS install the Parallels tools. That should solve any issues. Just be aware to use Windows commands (e.g. ctrl+c) when using Parallels. My keyboard and track pad work in Vista almost identical to OSX.
