Nope, and I do believe you can't use the PayPal debit card either. It was blocked since the last time I tried last year on iTunes.

figures on my luck i paid one credit card off and still have it on paypall for certain purchases but the card itself is gone i cut up the card another one is maxed cause of certain things. i am at a point were i actually need a new laptop as i am working for a dr office trying to get certain things running on a server but i have a test server at my house he has oked for me to run test but my ubuntu os netbook refuses to connect to my servers unless its ubuntu and even then it glitches. he uses a tablet for using in the office so in my tests i need to roam around my house to test on how well it does
