Using Powerbook as an External Display

This might sound a bit weird, but I have a friend coming over with his powermac. It's a pain to bring a monitor as well and the only display I have is the 30" which I don't think his powermac supports. It is dvi, but not dual-link dvi. He has a Dual 2.0 and I believe those came with a radeon 9600pro (correct me if I'm wrong).

Anyways, I need to hook up a display to it and the only thing I have is the 30" and my 15" powerbook. Any ideas?

Nope. You can't pipe the PowerMac video into the Powerbook in any usable fashion.

I think that you can use the 30 with a normal DVI connection, but you just won't be able to use the native resolution. I haven't confirmed this though, because I don't have direct access to that deity of a screen you get to worship!
