Any idea on how to do this?
I did a google search and found an answer of sorts on this forum, but I don't wanna be messing around too much with my powerbook, cause if I screwed anything up I'd shoot myself. Thanks in advance!

The only way to do this is to get a firewire (dunno if the USB ones are fast enough) video converter/capture. And that's going to cost $200 to $300.

Is it worth it? It's also another item that you need to plug in and such.

definitely get the tv

I had one of those multi-input LCD displays that could be used as both my computer screen along with tv and video. LCD's are good for computers, but when I connected my XBox, they picture looked crappy and the response time was horrible. You'll enjoy playing much more if you just get a cheat tv.
