Using "rmdir" on "read-only file system"

Hi,
I want to delete my LaunchAgents folder using Bash after starting from the Recovery partention. Unfortunately I get the "read-only filesystem" error.

If anyone is wondering why, there is a launch agent that causes Mac os 10.7 to lock the computer imidiatly after loging in. It's normal purpose would be to load the desktop before loging in.
