Using Share Point List Form

I work for an LTL Common Carrier and we have inspectors at certain locations within our company that are tasked with inspecting shipments for accuracy. We are trying to deploy ipads to these inspectors to use and we are using Google Chrome Browser on the iPad to access our Share Point Site so they can fill out a Share Point List Form. We also want them to attach a picture for each inspection. The share point form has a link to attach a picture and when you click on the attach button the ipad pops up a box (like when you attach a picture to a text) asking if you want to attach an existing or take a picture. if we choose take a picture it opens the camera and allows us to take a picture and attach, but the problem is it will not let us attach a second picture. Is anyone familiar with this process? Can you change a setting so it will rename each picture?
