Using Sony W810i as a modem

Does anyone know how I can get my Sony W810i to connect to my macbook and act as a modem? When i try to do it I cannot find a suitable modem to use? T-Mobile have agreed to give me a free 24 hour tial to try to get it set up on my mac because their technical guys have not got a clue

Are you wanting to use the modem to dial up to an ISP, or to send faxes, or what?
