Using Spire

So I am in the process of jailbreaking and im going to use spire to get siri. My brother has a iphone 4S and he's willing to let me use it to copy.

My question is what info do I need from his 4S? Obviously he wants to make sure he wont lose siri on his phone when I get it, which I assured him wouldn't happen or i wont do it

Second question is how many people could he share this with before it would stop working or he gets in trouble?

Im using spire with a siri proxy purchased for a year.

Im not a developer but I'm betting its not easy for that type of key to be extracted !
