Using the AT&T Customer Device Unlock Portal

So i have my now old 4S and i want to get it unlocked, i meet all of the qualifications but there is one problem. It asks for the Phones cell # and it cant have one of i upgrade to the 5? so if i put my number in it wont get confused (it does ask for the Imei but still). thanks

It's all based of the IMEI. The phone number is attached to the account to see is the phone eligible for the unlock.
