Hello and greetings everybody,

I wanted to ask a question about if what I did was correct or not about how I handled my champagne gold iPhone 5S. I had eaten something greasy with my hands. Instead of washing my hands, I used hand sanitizer to cleanse my hands. After a little while, I used my champagne gold iPhone 5S. I wanted to ask you if what I did will affect the front screen, back screen and the side bands? Do you think it will damage the side bands and front/back screens? I would really appreciate all the questions, comments and concerns.

No, it wont effect the glass or the metal.
Why would it?
Its only a phone, don't over analyze it and get a stroke over it:D

Thank you for your response Applejuiced. I understand. I was just wondering because, of I used my sanitized/greasy hands. Oh no. Not at all.

Of course he's being sarcastic.

Nothing will happen to your phone if you use it after sanitizing your hands.

I figured so Tyler23. I understand. I was just curious about finding out more information about what I did.

Not unless you count your fingers turning green and your fingernails beginning to split & fall off.

Nah, contrary to Apple's advice, alcohol products won't hurt your Apple stuff. 99% of the time anyway. I suggest not gripping your phone with dripping wet hands, but I've cleaned the surface of my 5S with a little bit of hand sanitizer before and it was fine.

I think he's joking :p

I think so as well Tyler23.

Thank you for your response JoeG4. I understand. My hands were fully dried when I handled my iPhone 5S. I just wanted to make sure it would not hurt my Apple product, like you have mentioned.
