Using the iPhone with no Phone plan

Hi everyone,

I was just wondering if anybody use the iPhone activated as an iPod only without ATT or other network provider.

Cuz I like to do the same, I have a phone on sprint so no possibility to use the iPhone. But I like the iPhone better that the Touch so I am going to buy one and activated it.

Is there any issue with that use of the iPhone? Any restriction or other ????

If you unlock the iphone you can use the other features if you dont wish to use it as a phone there should not be any problem.
