I am pretty sure someoe has already asked this 100 times over, but i have a mac formatted ipod, and i wonder what is the best way (if possible) to use the same ipod, on the same machine running mac and windows.

I have boot camp installed on the machine, not parallels.

The ipod is jailbroken (1.1.1) and formatted for mac. I dont want to have to reformat it (which would put 1.1.2 on it and undo all my jailbroken apps etc) and so i wonder if this is do able at all with my current set up.

thanks

steven

Usually Windows can only handle the iPod if it's Windows formatted. Not sure if you can get around this with MacDrive or a similar application.

My guess would be that even if MacDrive did see the iPod in Win, iTunes still wouldn't. I'm afraid the only way to do it is reformat as Windows.
