I want to use my Ipod Touch wi-fi for occasional updates of a web site. I'd like to log onto the web host's control panel via their https connection, and occasionally update and delete xml and image files.
After some experimentation with the Touch, it looks like this can't be done. First, I can't see a mechanism for getting an .xml file into the Touch. And second, I don't see how I could upload files using the web browser.
Am I missing something, or am I going to have to post in Ipod Hacks and find out about jailbreaking?
As far as purchasing an app goes: I'd be happy to do it, but I don't think that 'FTP on the go' -- the one app I read about -- would do the job.
Thanks in advance for any advice. I'm new to all this.
