Using unlocked iPhone 5 on T-Mobile?

Are there any other missing features/drawbacks to using an unlocked iPhone on T-Mobile US besides the edge speeds?

Most users can have Visual Voicemail if the use 'HulloMail'

I'm on Orange UK and find this service excellent! - The only (minor) downside is that there is a separate icon for the voicemail... Some people prefer this anyways!
