Using Vmware with Bootcamp

I have my boot camp for about a month or so, but i heard VMware Fusion can work with boot camp, would you guys recommend? (ETC, is it slow or crash alot)

Works fine on my MacBook Pro. I would get more ram if I were you. I have:

2.33Ghz
2 GB Ram
