Using white Imac as 2nd monitor w/Thunderbolt

Hi all. I have an old 24" white Imac Intel core duo, and have just purchased a new Imac. Is there any way I can cable these together so that I can use the white Imac as a second display? Alternately, is there any way I can use the new Imac as a second display from the old white Imac? Any help is much appreciated!

The white iMacs do not have a video-in port. the new iMacs only accept Thunderbolt video in.

there's software like screen recycler that might work for you.
