using yourself as a contact for siri

For you 4S owners: why is it that you need to have your own name/info in your contacts for Siri? It kind of bugs me that I have my own name in my contacts, but maybe I'm just OCD like that. Is this the only way to have Siri know your home address and everything?

This is how Siri retrieves your addresses and your name. Also, it's a good idea to have your own contact card as you can easily message or email it to someone if needed so they can add it to their address books.
