Hi, I am using a Macbook pro - Safari v. 5. 1. 10
I want to load down a zip file (Global) from the internet.
Then unzip the file, rename, and put it on a USB flash drive,
Then connect it to a PC , Windows 7.
Will this work ? can I interchange zip files Mac - PC and vice versa ?

Yes to both questions.
(Assuming your USB stick is formatted in such a way that makes it readable by OS X and Windows)

New USB stick formatted to Fat 32, would that work?

Why not put the zip file on the PC before unzipping and renaming?
Thats not possible, its part of my problem, my PC Downloads has a problem.
Downloads don't finish downloading or only partial download.
