Utility that shows whenever my IP address changes

I have seen utilities that will monitor the IP address, but they only do so every half hour or so.

Also most utilities that claim to constantly monitor the IP address only seem to send an email when the IP address changes. But I'm looking for a utility that will constantly display the IP address.

Is there any utility that will monitor my IP address, do so at very short intervals and and also display the IP address?
