Utility which allows per-application Modifier Keys settings?

I like how my IntelliMouse's drivers and other utilities like QuicKeys allow me to set per-application settings. Is there a utility which does this for Modifier Keys? I have System Preferences' Keyboard & Mouse remapped just how I like it for most, but not all applications, and having to manually change them each time I switch between these apps is cumbersome.

Any recommendations? Thanx.

Anyone know? I've searched some more and haven't found something satisfactory yet. The nearest I've come is connecting another keyboard, but that's kludgy.
