uTorrent for Mac

Hi,
I'm currently using uTorrent for Mac (version 1.8.4). I'm done with downloading but I having problem with seeding. My upload speed is super slow (avg 2.4kB/s). But when I do a speed test, it shows my upload speed at 43.58Mbps. Can someone please advise me what's wrong here and how to fix it. Thanks.
