Utorrent

Hello everyone.
- Iv'e got this problem. When I've downloaded a torrent, and starts downloading with utorrent, my download speed jumps up to around 1 Mb/s, which also should be correct, according to our internet speed.
Then it stays at around 1 mb/s, but suddenly it drops down to about 100 kb/s.
Anyone who can help? Thanks.

You could be being throttled by your ISP. Who provides your connection?

This is not your system, but probably more your ISP who are decreasing your speed due to the sudden spike in download. This makes it 'fair' on all users of the ISP in your area.

It could also be, that the file is not yet seeded enough and not enough parts are available yet. Look at the PEERS tab and sort by "Completed" to see how many 100% seeders are available.
