Anyone have any free options that actually have open invitations or that I can check out right now? The ones I have seen reported on end up being paid options.

Camo Studio seems more for streaming/recording to online platforms, since it has the window for front-facing camera.

Orion isn't free. Has a trial, but you have to pay to unlock features.

Orion is free if you are trying to use the iPad as an HDMI monitor though in a pinch. I‘ve already used it a few times to connect it to an RPi that was unresponsive over a network I was working on
