iPod v.ipod refuses to play video but only shows picture icon...

basically i got the videos on my ipod and they have the little tv icon and everything. they even show up on my ipod! but when i press play, there's no sound and the only thing i see is a picture icon of the video. it refuses to play. i don't know how to solce this problem...someone please help me!

Check Video Settings for TV OUT...should be OFF

Make sure you are playing them from the video play list and not from Songs, or Podcasts menus.

I messed up by trying to select video files from the Music sections on my pod.

Might be your prob.
