I have been having much difficulty with this company. I have had to have my Vibe-Duo's replaced and they are taking much longer than necessary. They are not answering my phone calls, and I need my headphones ASAP because I am leaving for home and the earphones are being mailed to my dorm. Does anyone have a number that I may be able to call?
