Ever since upgrading to 2.0.1, I have noticed a decline in phone reception with my v1 iPhone. More accurately, I have noticed that it has declined back to the reception I was getting prior to the 2.0 upgrade.

After installing 2.0, I noticed an immediate improvement in my iPhone's reception in locations where it sucked in 1.1.4. Instead of 2 bars and dropped calls with 1.1.4, I was getting 3-4 bars and no dropped calls with 2.0. Now that I've upgraded to 2.0.1, the iPhone is back to the 1.1.4 behavior in those locations.

Most of the time the reception is perfect at 5 bars. However, there are some locations around LA that I go to frequently where the reception just plain sucks now, as it did with 1.1.4.

I was curious to see if anyone else has experienced this firmware upgrade effect.
