I am not able to get HomePod to play Playlists from my iTunes Library. This began following recent update (12/11/19) to iOS 13.3. Siri requests for other services (weather, sports scores, etc.) appear normal. A discussion with an Apple Second Level Support representative suggested this is not a feature available outside of Apple Music Subscription, even thought I have been able to play iTunes Library Playlists since owning two HomePods.

Answer to my own post: a motivated Apple Second Level Support representative found a post and provided the following to correct the problem with HomePods not playing Apple Music Playlists: Go to iPhone > Home App > "Home" icon (top left corner of screen) > select user: self > Switch Off Siri Recognize My Voice option. I can now get Siri to play Playlists from my Apple Music (iTunes) Library, both purchased and iTunes Match content.
