Hey all,
Tomorrow I am going on my yearly 2 month vacation to tis little island called patmos in the dodecanese in Greece. I'm gonna be chillin' from technology and do stuff I haven't done in too long like read BOOKS, look at the view, play some volleyball and ride around on my motorbike. It is a very solitary island only around 2000 inhabitants in winter and 8000 in summer but I know everyone and I have a close-knit group of friends so I should be enjoying myself quite a bit. Sounds like a blast right? Well its gonna be hell getting there cuz tickets to Athens were to expensive so check out my CRAZY itinerary.
Madrid-Istanbul
Istanbul-Izmir
Izmir-Kusadisi(sleep one night)
Kusadisi-Samos(boat ride)
Samos-Patmos
I leave at 12 tomorrow afternoon and I arrive at 4pm 2 days later
Here is the bad news. No technology, I got no TV or Internet over there! Which means goodbye MR for a while My ibook is coming along but thats just for some games and movies. There is an Internet cafe in town but its 56k and costs something like 5 euros for half an hour or so. So I'll check in every week or so. It might be good for me but I sure will miss you guys :.(
