Hello Guys,

I have purchased an IPhone 4S recently. It was working well but from few days, whenever I make call or receive, it automatically switch to mute mode but on the other side the person can hear my voice. Please suggest me is this the problem with my handset or the phone settings.

It's defective, get it replaced by Apple.

I had this problem and Apple happily replaced it for me.

I am also a Iphone user. I also faced the same issue with my handset and I get it replaced by Apple. Without delay just consult them for the problem they will change your handset.

Recently I also faced the same issue. I get my iphone replaced. Did you get the same for yours.

If you are facing same problem as Vadim Segal best option is to get the handset replaced.
