Vaja casedurability and safety ???

The question is about iVolution Sp for iPhone 3g or iPhone 2g.

1) How annoying flip cover ?
2) Did this flip cover scratched iPhone ?
3) Did this case itself scratched phone somewhere?
4) How did it survive after some usage ?
5) Drop experience ?

The flap on the iVolution is great for protection but annoying when you have to talk on the phone (hold it to your ear).
I don't like the flap just dangling there.
Vaja does make a very high quality product which looks great, protects great and will last.
The flap and its flapping is the only drawback for me.
