I made this thread in the MacBook forum, but I think it's actually more appropriate here (Mods can delete the other one!)

Seems that there are variations of that Apple logo/colored powder going up around campus. Interesting as to what it could mean, since typically the invite graphic was a standalone image, not part of a set.

I don't see this happening, but it's almost as if Apple is hinting about offering a lot of different colors...kind of like the old iPod Shuffle. LOL.

That would be pretty crazy. The only product they offer in a proper array of colors are iPods even today.

It probably just looks cool and means absolutely nothing, I love the pointless and slightly creepy reading of things that aren't there into everything Apple does on this site, keeps me laughing.

It's Holi. Do you know how many Indians work at Apple? A lot.
Holi is in March.

Slightly creepy? Please highlight the part of my OP that was slightly creepy. I follow a HI designer on instagram and saw a different color variation of the invite so I shared it, since I figured it wasn't something many people would see. That doesn't seem very creepy at all.

- Heh. "Creepy" might be going overboard. Or Samuel just has a very low threshold for things "causing an unpleasant feeling of fear or unease".

You're right. Was thinking Diwali. It's probably just OLED then.
