Apparently since Monday 1st December the sales tax in the UK has fallen from the previous rate of 17.5% to just 15%. However, looking at their online AppleStore, all the prices don't seem to have changed. Shouldn't the price be 2.5% lower to reflex the changes? I'm talking about the final total after the tax has been applied... or is Apple a little slow to adopt?

The prices were changed on Sunday night to allow for the new VAT rate.

Apple products have the prices rounded to the nearest pound to keep everything neat and tidy.

Some have dropped.

The default config Mac Pro is now £1712. I'm pretty
sure it wasn't that price before (was probably £1749).

Macbook is £15 cheaper
Macbook Pro is £30 cheaper
Mac Mini is £9 cheaper
Macbook Air is £28 cheaper
iMac is £17 cheaper
Mac Pro is £37 cheaper

I wonder what those consumers gonna do, who've purchased their Mac system at the previous rate...

Anyone be seeking a refund, just to buy the system again at the slightly reduced price?

Down as in ↓. I love that your not chancing on leaving this ambiguous. :D

If I'd ordered I won't reorder for the sake of £30 – you could be waiting an extra 2 weeks.
