I have a question about price of apple products.

There's a price for every products at US Apple online store, which I suppose doesn't include VAT + duty. But, at UK Apple store, there's a little text next to each price (Includes £7 VAT, duty and levies.*). So does that mean, if I live in Czech Republic and I will order something, I will be charged just the price which is on the website?

Thank you for answers.
