VBA 1.7.6 not working

Hi there, i just recently updated to OS X Lion and wanted to continue playing my Visual Boy Advance. I looked around on threads here and found the newest version (1.7.6). I Downloaded it and I’m having a problem. A Dialog box always comes up saying "The application “VisualBoyAdvance” unexpectedly quit while trying to restore its windows. Do you want to try to restore its windows again?” Can anybody help me with this? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
