How do you make a VCD, I tried Toast, but I couldn't get the Quicktime toast export to work, so I had to use Astarte M.Pack which makes Toast ready files. Unfortunately, the files turn out with Audio and video unsynced really bad, and anytime there is any large (but not abnormally so) motion the video gets all choppy. Any ideas?? Also I'm guessing that it's impossible to but menus on to a VCD?
