(I know this is the video section, but it seems photographers tend not to use vectorscopes).
Anyone know of a vectorscope plugin for Adobe Lightroom?
I found one for Photoshop here, albeit without a flesh tone line.
I'm coming at photography from video. I'm using FCP, and I've seldom seen or read a color correction tutorial that does not involve a vectorscope (with attention paid to the flesh tone line.)
I'll be getting a decent DSLR and a few lenses around Christmas, so I've been looking at Lightroom tutorials on lynda.com (I own Adobe Camera Raw, but not Lightroom yet).
Lightroom looks a fun program to work with, but it seems I can't do too much color grading after white balancing with a gray card, without a vectorscope to make sure flesh tones are staying natural.
I'll be calibrating my monitor with Spyder 3, but I don't trust my eyes to get the flesh tones right.
Thanks.
