I installed Veency, used Chicken VNC client on my mac, but when I entered the IP for my wifi into a new connection, it said 'connection refused' or something like that. I'm running 4.0.1 on my phone, anyone know what I'm missing? Does veency not work with 4.0.1?

I had the same issue at first. Seems like the iPhone occasionally drops it's wifi connection to save battery, which seems odd... but my way to get around it was just to plug it in (computer or power plug into the wall), and the issue resolved. However, if you've properly installed a host on the iphone and a client on the desktop, it should work well. If you're using Veency for iPhone 4 though you'll still have issues as it's widely noted that the resolution isn't compatible, so the place you put your cursor and the place the cursor ends up on the iphone will vary until the dev updates the vnc app. :-(
