Of note in thie list is Equilibrium who will apparently be demonstrating DeBabelizer Pro 5 for Mac OS X. Equilibrium has been absent from the Mac scene since Version 3
Rumors also speculates that we may see a demo of Photoshop X, Palm Desktop final, and of course the release of Adobe GoLive 6 for OS X.
