You know I love talking with new people and making new friends around the country. I find it fun to learn new things and keep my mind busy during the pandemic. I am always open to listening and learning.
I’ve been having an issue with my iPhone and I can’t figure out how to fix it. I’m not one to call tech support as I feel they are just emulator or card readers. I lost my mind tonight and broke down and called. I spoke to a senior advisor in tech support and I did a screen share with him so he could see my exact problem. Told me it was most likely a software issue that needed to be fixed with a complete wipe of my phone and maybe deleting all my pics, vids and notes that might be corrupt. This caused me major anxiety as I now am trying to find a 3rd party app to back up my pics before I redo the entire iOS on my phone. I’m sitting here as Dropbox is uploading my photos and videos for the past 2 hours and I just happen to google my problem and low and behold the results show that many people are having the same EXACT issue.
I am so angry at the lack of knowledge and the total blowoff attitude I got from this senior advisor causing me such anxiety and such unneeded effort when it’s a known issue with iOS 13.
They are so quick to point the finger at the customer as if we did something wrong and instead of researching it and trying to help they automatically go to the last resort and the drastic measures to fix the problem.
I am so angry and so upset right now that this guy was so rude and so quick to rush me off the phone.
Do any of you feel the same way I do and who can you complain to and hope that it doesn’t fall on deaf ears.

Thank you for reading and I hope everyone is healthy!
