ventura 13.2.1 wants to update: how to stop

I just got notification that Ventura will update tonight after hours. . . . Am on 13.1. Working fine. The postings here indicate that there is trouble with all 13.2 variants, which scares me since I have Caldigit TS4 and non-Mac monitors where most of the problems seem to be.

How can I turn this update off before my machines get zapped tonight??
