On Monterey if I got a notification when my Macbook's lid was closed it had a banner on locked screen when I opened the lid. On Ventura this does not happen, I only see notifications after unlocking the mac or after looking from notification center. For example now the screen time notification goes straight into notification center but on Monterey it first had a banner on lock screen. Settings are same as before and allow lock screen notifications. Anyone else having this behavior?
