Read the first post here https://forums.macrumors.com/threads/macos-13-ventura-on-unsupported-macs-thread.2346881/ and here https://github.com/dortania/OpenCore-Legacy-Patcher/issues/998. There is some hope for pre-Haswell, but don't plan for it any time soon.

Right now, nothing in the not-supported list can run Ventura except for tinkering.
