1. When I drag some windows onto other monitors the windows appear underneath whatever windows are on those monitors 
2. If I have a window marked as "display on all monitors/spaces" and then I swipe to switch spaces, then those windows always get moved to the forefront over whatever I'm looking at
3. If I have one window up on a monitor and click something on a different monitor, the windows on the first monitor get sent behind whatever other windows are being displayed.
Also I'm not sure if Stage Manager is supposed to do anything if you have multiple monitors, but when I toggle it on nothing happens except it minimizes all the windows on my non primary displays. no stage manager UI appears like on my ipad.
