Is anyone else seeing their Mac not going to sleep with Ventura installed? 2 nights now I have switched off the charger to my 16" 2019 MBP and closed the lid but by the morning the battery is totally flat.

What do you get if you perform the Terminal command "pmset -g sched"?Last night after the latest update to 13.1 (22C65) I keep getting a persistent power draw. It is not much, but Bluetooth off, everything disconnected and lid closed, all apps closed there is still some drop off in in the state of charge. Anyone else observing this? I stopped using the Mac around 0930PM.

It shows you all scheduled so called "power events" which wake your mac up from sleep.
Could be that after such a power event your mac does not go back to sleep anymore.
Welcome to the party!Just ran the command, this is what I get.
Code:➜ ~ pmset -g sched Scheduled power events: [0] wake at 12/16/2022 14:31:32 by 'com.apple.alarm.user-visible-com.apple.CalendarNotification.EKTravelEngine.periodicRefreshTimer' [1] wake at 12/16/2022 19:45:17 by 'com.apple.alarm.user-visible-com.apple.acmd.alarm' ➜ ~
Welcome to the party!
Many (if not all) mac users running MacOS Ventura (so I do) have these two power events enabled.
I do not know if these events are triggering your battery problem. But these events do wake up your mac!
It could be that the machine does not go to sleep any more.
Altough I have a desktop machine, I do not want that it is waking up from sleep at random times I'm not able to control. I initiated a post on macrumors about this. After further investigations, I realized there are other threads about this as well.
Good luck!
