Ventura Public Beta: Incorrect password

I partitioned my MacBook to install Ventura public beta 2, and am enrolled in the program. I keep getting an incorrect password prompt when asked to enter my user password after hitting upgrade in Software Update, but the password is definitely right. Any suggestions?

Solved, wouldn't let me install on second partition. So I cloned the main profile to second partition, then upgraded the main profile to Ventura.
