Veravision with Apple Displays

Hello, I am planning on buying a new G5, and I would very much like to take advantage of the new veravision features. I am a photographer and 90% of my work is vertical, so I am looking at getting a 30" apple display and turning it on its side.

Is this possible with the X850 XT? Or with the 9650?

I'm also curious as to why this isnt a widely advertised feature? With little or no publicity......To me, this is a huge deal!

What gives?

update:

i have asked around and in an apple store, turns out any radeon card can do this......i dont know if it slows down the computer at all, but it looks great.

still dont know why its not a widely advertised feature.
