I have a MacBook, and whenever I try to download programs it doesn't work. Whether it's a disk I put in or something off the internet, it always says verifictaion failed. The download window will pop up, and it will start to download, but towards the end when it's verifying it always says verification failed. Any help?!?

It sounds like your systems is screwed up. Try to repair permissions (Applications>Utilities>Disk Utility) and see if that helps. Otherwise you will need to Verify/Repair the Disk or reinstall the OS.
