Verify Certificate Pop-up

Hi, I'm running 10.9.5 and have just recently been getting a "Safari can't verify the identity of the webiste "static.scanscout.com""

I have no idea what static or scan scout is. I haven't gone to any websites that i haven't gone to before these pop ups started. I just cancel the request and move on but just today, these pop ups are just keep coming for the same scanscout.

Anyone have any idea what this is and what a solution from ridding myself from this is. I am hoping this isn't some sort of virus and i have no interest in selecting "continue" in the pop up.
