Verify Disk Permissions error

Ever since I upgraded to 10.5 I get this error when I run verify disk permissions. Will this cause problems in the long run. If so how can I fix them.

Hm, well either way from what I've read it doesn't really hurt anything.

I just like to know why it keeps showing up you know. weird.. Anybody else have a PB with 10.5.1 on it and have the same errors in verify permissions?

Repair permissions was messed up with the 10.5 update due to the inclusion of access control lists (ACL). There is the SUID warning, the unexpected ACL problem, the it takes 3 hours to repair permissions problem.

I have the same messages...
I read somewhere that many have this (if not all)...so I guess I'll just wait till 10.5.2 fixes this...
kind of annoying.
